According to the invention, the static friction plate is arranged in the supporting seat, the installation block connected with the dynamic friction plate is arranged in the rotary shaft, the installation block and the dynamic friction plate can axially move along the rotary shaft in the guide hole, and the rotary shaft is internally provided with the pressing device for pressing the dynamic friction plate against the static friction plate, so that the steering wheel damper has the advantages that the production and processing are simple, the size is small, and frictional damping can be regulated freely.
