The invention discloses a control method for power battery replacement of an electric passenger car. The control method includes the steps that after a car positioning platform is positioned, an unlocking stirring block pushes a sliding block to move, and after the sliding block compresses a spring element to reach a preset stroke, a car body connecting and locking device is separated from a power battery. The car body connecting and locking device comprises a support assembly and a sliding block assembly. The car body connecting and locking device is fixed to a car body through the support assembly. The support assembly comprises a fixed block capable of making contact with a positioning pillar on the side face of the power battery. The sliding block assembly comprises an elastic element and a sliding block connected with the elastic element. After the car positioning platform is positioned, the unlocking stirring block is reset and moves in the direction away from the sliding block, afterwards, the sliding block on the car body connecting and locking device moves under the driving of the expansionary force of the elastic element, the sliding block and the fixed block are clamped with the positioning pillar on the side face of the power battery, and connecting of the car body connecting and locking device and the power battery is completed. The control method achieves the purpose that the power battery installed on the electric passenger car can be safely, conveniently and rapidly replaced.
