The invention provides a charging robot system based on movable replacement of power batteries of an electric passenger vehicle, which comprises a robot moving platform, a guide rail, a track driving system, a lifting system and a positioning device, wherein the robot moving platform is a three-dimensional frame, and the track driving system and the lifting system are arranged on the robot moving platform; the track driving system is used for pushing the robot moving platform to horizontally move on a track along the direction of the guide rail; the lifting system is used for pushing the robot moving platform to vertically move; and the positioning device is used for positioning the robot moving platform with the power battery at the lower part of the electric passenger vehicle. The system provided by the invention solves the problems that in a new movable charging scheme for replacement of the power batteries of the electric passenger vehicle, because of the movable characteristic, a moving structure for taking the power batteries and replacing the power batteries of the electric passenger vehicle can not be too large and needs to be suitable for the space meeting the movable characteristic, and the power batteries need to be conveniently taken and movably replaced.
