The invention discloses a processing technology of a front windshield trim for a vehicle. After a C-shaped profile is conveyed into an extruding die, an X-axis sliding block in the extruding die reciprocates along the horizontal direction, and the C-shaped profile is propelled so as to draw a gradual slot in the C-shaped profile; and a Y-axis sliding block in the extruding die extends into a glass mounting slot of the C-shaped profile and then moves downward along the vertical direction and thus stretches the C-shaped profile, so that the E-shaped trim is formed. According to the invention, through the X-axis sliding block which reciprocates along the horizontal direction and the Y-axis sliding block which moves downward along the vertical direction, the production of variable-section products is successfully realized, the smooth transition from the C-shaped profile to the E-shaped trim is realized, the product weight is reduced, the oil consumption is favorably reduced, the quality stability of the products is improved, the production cost is reduced, on-line automatic pasting of 3M adhesive tapes and non-woven fabrics is realized, the manpower is saved, and the production efficiency is improved. The processing technology disclosed by the invention is suitable for processing of the front windshield trim for the vehicle.
