The invention discloses a stepping motor type electric vehicle shunt combination instrument. The instrument is characterized in that a liner plate is arranged in a shell, an odometer is arranged in the middle of the liner plate, a liquid crystal display is arranged at the lower portion of the odometer, an ampere meter and a voltmeter are connected to the two sides of the odometer respectively, the outer side of the ampere meter and the outer side of the voltmeter are each provided with a plurality of failure symbol display panels, a back-to-zero rod is arranged at the portion, between the odometer and the voltmeter, of the lower portion of the liner plate, an insert piece is arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the back face of the shell, and the two sides of the upper edge and the lower edge of the shell are each provided with instrument installation holes. In this way, the insert piece on the back face of the shell is connected with an electric vehicle wire harness, and therefore various types of driving information of an electric vehicle can be effectively transmitted to all display instrument panels. The stepping motor type electric vehicle shunt combination instrument is complete in function, high in indication precision, high in reaction speed, reasonable in collocation of all indicative dials, attractive in appearance and capable of well meeting the use requirements of a driver.
