The present invention relates to a breaker transfer trolley. The breaker transfer trolley has a pack up state capable of packing up a workbench towards a pedestal and a usage state of rising the workbench from the pedestal and capable of transferring a breaker. Wheels are assembled on the pedestal in a swinging or guide movement manner and have the bottom surfaces having the farthest distances with a working surface of the workbench, and the movement stroke of swinging or guide movement of the wheels possesses a low-position state and a high-position state corresponding to the breaker transfer trolley in the usage state and the breaker transfer trolley in the pack up state. The wheels in the low-position state move to the lower end of the pedestal, and a maximum distance exists between the bottom surfaces and the working surface of the workbench. The wheels in the high-position state move to the two sides of the pedestal or in the pedestal, and the distance between the bottom surface and the working surface of the workbench is less than the maximum distance. The trolley is also equipped with the locking members of locking the wheels in the high-position state and the low-position state separately. According to the present invention, the overall height and the space occupied area of the breaker transfer trolley are reduced, and the breaker transfer trolley is convenient to place.
