The invention relates to a urban intelligent parking network management system comprising an intelligent big data control center, wireless geomagnetic sensors installed in a parking lot, vehicular electronic tags installed on vehicles, and first readers installed on the entry and the exit of the parking lot. Second readers are installed in the wireless geomagnetic sensors and identify the vehicular electronic tags in order to detect parking stall states and vehicle owner information. Communication connection among the wireless geomagnetic sensors at different parking stalls is achieved through Bluetooth modules and the wireless geomagnetic sensors are connected with the intelligent big data control center through a wireless WIFI transmission module. The first readers read the vehicular electronic tags to obtain vehicle information and automatically calculate parking charge according to parking time. The urban intelligent parking network management system also comprises a smart phone terminal in which an ETC-style non-stop charging program is installed. The urban intelligent parking network management system standardizes and rationalizes urban parking, guarantees high parking efficiency, and achieves an intellectualized characteristic.
