The invention provides an operation method of an electric aided-bicycle. The method includes the following steps that pedaling force applied by a driver is received, and torque is transmitted to a flywheel through a chain wheel of the bicycle by means of a force transmission mechanism; a supporting mechanism bears the force applied on the supporting mechanism by the force transmission mechanism in the torque transmission process; a recovery mechanism stores force and is deformed when the supporting mechanism is stressed, and the recovery mechanism enables the supporting mechanism to recover to the initial state after the pedaling force is relieved; an assisted motor makes a response when the force borne by the supporting mechanism reaches the preset condition and outputs electric force assisting the pedaling force based on the force and/or changes of force, and the electric force is not output when the force does not reach the preset condition.
