The invention relates to the technical field of safety protection of special vehicles and particularly relates to an anti-riot carriage structure and a manufacturing method. The anti-riot carriage structure comprises a bottom frame, a vehicle-body skeleton, a lower surrounding skirt skeleton, a vehicle-body panel, a tyre protecting plate, an oil tank door plate and a rear door assembly, wherein the vehicle-body panel comprises a front surrounding panel, a side surrounding panel, a lower surrounding skirt panel, a roof panel and a rear surrounding panel. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: blasting sand and painting primer; charging; manufacturing the bottom frame; manufacturing an arc pipe; welding an arc-pipe skeleton; welding a lining-pipe skeleton; welding the lower surrounding skirt skeleton; manufacturing the panels; covering the plates; cutting holes; installing the rear door assembly; pre-burying lines; foaming the skeletons; installing inner decorations; and installing electric appliances. Since the arc pipe is made by bending a whole square pipe and a roof and the side parts of a vehicle body are of an integrated skeleton, the anti-riot carriage structure has the advantages of convenience in manufacture, low cost, high strength, light weight of the vehicle body, simple skeleton-splicing process, high material utilization rate and attractive whole appearance.
