Provided is an air-conditioning device (10) comprising cooling means (22) for emitting a flow of conditioned air and at least one circulation circuit (28) intended to equip a vehicle having an air inlet (32) through which an air flow entering from the transmitting means (22); at least one conduit (34) to an air distribution chamber extending between an upstream end (34A) and a downstream end (34B), both intended to be arranged in said carriage; a conduit (35) of conditioned air transfer to another air circulating circuit (36) adjacent said other flow path (36) provided on another car adjacent the first; and means (40) of distribution of conditioned air from the air inlet (32), distributing the incoming air flow between the distribution ducts (34) and transfer (35).
