The invention provides a hydrodynamic driving lifting rail car which comprises a car frame, wherein a car body is arranged on the upper end of the car frame; a cab is arranged in the car body. The hydrodynamic driving lifting rail car is characterized in that a lorry-mounted crane is arranged at the rear part of the car body; a power bogie, a non-power bogie and a power system are arranged at the lower end of the car frame; the power system is arranged between the power bogie and the non-power bogie; the power system comprises a diesel engine, a hydrodynamic driving case and a transfer case; power output from one end of the diesel engine is transferred to the power bogie by the hydrodynamic driving case; power output from the other end of the diesel engine is transferred to the transfer case by an elastic coupling. According to the hydrodynamic driving lifting rail car, a hydrodynamic driving manner is adopted, so that the problems that the power performance in mechanical driving is poor, and the operation is relatively complex are solved, impact and vibration can be absorbed, the overload protection performance is good, loads can be carried out relatively easily, and the automatic speed change, the stepless speed adjusting, and the like can be realized.
