The invention discloses a safety mechanism device for self-rescue upon an automobile falling into water. The safety mechanism device comprises an internal cover plate, an external cover plate, a spring assembly system, a press rod, a first connection rod, a second connection rod and a hydraulic device assembly, wherein the internal cover plate, the external cover plate, the spring assembly system, the press rod, the first connection rod and the second connection rod form a dead point locking mechanism; a pressure sensor, an electronic control unit and the hydraulic device assembly form a locking-releasing mechanism; in the dead point locking mechanism, the first and second connection rods are downwardly pressed to share the same line and be placed in a dead point position and the spring is remained at a stretching state; upon the dead point position, the external cover plate is perfectly aligned to the external side of a vehicle door external plate; in the locking-releasing mechanism, when pressure is sensed by the pressure sensor, a signal is sent to the electronic control unit and the hydraulic device assembly damages the dead point position after receiving an instruction, so the mechanism is separated from the dead point position; and with an action of elasticity restoration of the spring, a hole through which the vehicle door external plate is matched with the external cover plate is opened. The safety mechanism device for self-rescue upon automobile falling into water is simply structured, utilizes reliable principle and convenient to operate; and high self-rescue validity can be achieved for automobiles.
