The wind power blade transport vehicle with the improved variable pitch slewing mechanism comprises a main girder, an L-girder turning plate, a hing part, a base, an up mounted variable-pitch slewing unit and a down mounted variable-pitch slewing unit, the up mounted variable-pitch slewing unit comprises an up mounted variable-pitch bearing and up mounted slewing mechanisms, the down mounted variable-pitch slewing unit comprises a down mounted slewing support and down mounted slewing mechanisms, the up mounted variable-pitch slewing unit and the down mounted variable-pitch unit are connected with a power unit through a multiple directional control valve controlled by electromagnetism, the power unit comprises an engine and an electric generator, the engine drives the electric generator, and the electric generator outputs power to a plunger pump to provide hydraulic power which is output quantitatively, so that lifting, slewing and variable-pitch of a blade are more stable; by means of the arrangement of the variable-pitch units and the slewing units, the passing capacity is good, remote control can be achieved, and the safety of operation is enhanced.
