The invention discloses a disc-shaped ratchet adjusting mechanism used for a vehicle seat angle regulator. A lock tooth guide groove plate is arranged into four arc bosses which are similar to triangle in shape on the same plane, the radial straight edge of each arc boss serves as a limiting surface, groove-shaped bodies are formed, and the groove-shaped bodies form a cross-shaped groove structure and are symmetrical to one another; four locking tooth plates are placed in the four groove-shaped bodies respectively, the tooth-shaped end of the arc-shaped cross section of each locking tooth plate faces outward, the hook groove end of each locking tooth plate faces inward, and the four groove-shaped bodies of the four locking tooth plates are of a cross-shaped structure and are symmetrical to one another; on the base circle of the same plane, a locking cam is arranged according to the working curve of the locking tooth plates, and the locking cam and the locking tooth plates share the working curve of the same base circle. According to the mechanism, the lock tooth guide groove plate which is of the cross-shaped structure and is distributed symmetrically is adopted, and the shaking clearance between the locking tooth plates and the two side edges of the lock tooth guide groove plate is reduced to the greatest extent; the carrying capacity of the mechanism is larger, the reliability is higher, the mechanism is not prone to losing efficacy, and the static load strength is almost two times of the national standard.
