The invention discloses a transmission structure of a dust-proof automobile skylight. The transmission structure comprises a sliding channel body, reinforcing ribs, a lower sliding channel, an upper sliding channel and a sliding channel surface, wherein the sliding channel surface is processed at the middle part of the sliding channel body; the lower sliding channel and the upper sliding channel are processed at the two sides of the sliding channel surface; grooves are processed at the inner side of the upper surface of the upper sliding channel; sliding grooves are processed on the sliding channel body at the outer sides of the grooves; the upper end surface of the sliding channel surface is provided with a folding type dust-proof device; vertical-edge parts matched with the grooves for use are respectively processed at the two sides of the dust-proof device; the sliding channels are internally and respectively provided with a sliding device matched with the sliding grooves for use; a rotary bracket is arranged on the sliding devices and is provided with a dust suctioning device. The transmission structure disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the design is simple and reasonable, the use is convenient, the dust-proof effect is obvious, and the frequent disassembling and cleaning operation for dust-proof equipment is avoided.
