The invention discloses a safety protection device for an inflation tire. The safety protection device comprises a first claw, a second claw and a third claw which are clamped in an inner rim and an outer rim of a forklift. The first claw, the second claw and the third claw are each provided with a clamping groove. The gaps between the clamping grooves and the two rims each range from 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm. The second claw is connected with the third claw through a connecting rod. A guide sleeve is fixedly connected with the middle of the connecting rod. A guide rod is movably connected into the guide sleeve. The first claw is fixedly connected with the guide rod. The guide sleeve is sleeved with a compression spring. One end of the compression spring is fixed to the first claw. The other end of the compression spring abuts against the connecting rod. By means of the safety protection device, the problems that when an existing forklift tire is assembled, bolts fly out, potential safety hazards are caused, and labor intensity is high are solved.
