Provided in the invention is a geomagnetic-detection-based non-contact vehicle induction apparatus comprising a housing, a battery, a voltage conversion part, a magnetic field sensor part, a processor part, and an alarm part. The housing is used as a carrier. The voltage conversion part converts an electric energy voltage provided by the battery into a working voltage needed by the magnetic field sensor part, the processor part, and the alarm part. The magnetic field sensor part detects the external magnetic field strength in a non-contact mode and transmits the magnetic field strength information to the processor part. The processor part receives the magnetic field strength information and sets a threshold value; when a nearby vehicle approaches, the surround magnetic field strength is changed and the set threshold value is exceeded; and the processor part triggers the alarm part to warn the operator that the vehicle passes by. And the alarm part warns the operator that the vehicle passes by in an acousto-optic electric mode. The apparatus with a simple structure can be operated conveniently.
