The invention belongs to the technical field of electric supporting rods and vehicles and discloses an electric supporting rod, a control method for the electric supporting rod and a vehicle. The electric supporting rod comprises a rod body, and a motor is arranged in the rod body. The rod body comprises a motor pipe and a sliding pipe. The motor is arranged in the motor pipe. The sliding pipe is connected to the motor pipe in a sliding mode. A screw drive mechanism connected between the motor and the sliding pipe is arranged in the rod body. A one-way damper is arranged in the motor pipe and generates resistance when driving force comes from the screw drive mechanism close to one end of the sliding pipe. The control method is used for controlling the electric supporting rod. The vehicle comprises the electric supporting rod. According to the electric supporting rod, the control method for the electric supporting rod and the vehicle, the electric supporting rod is simple and reliable in structure, low in application cost and convenient to use by users.
