The invention provides a gear pump type self-cooled speed reduction brake device of a non-winding type high-rise rescue lift. The gear pump type self-cooled speed reduction brake device is characterized by comprising a rotary assembly, a static assembly and a cooling liquid self-circulation system; the static assembly is characterized in that the outer ends of speed reducer flange shaft holes are connected with round-box-shaped seal cavities, a speed reducer output shaft penetrates through bearing lining of the shaft holes to enter the round-box-shaped seal cavities, and the rotary assembly is installed in the round-box-shaped seal cavities; a circle of annular water channel is arranged on the periphery of the wall of each round-box-shaped seal cavity; and a gear shaft of a hydraulic gear pump of the cooling liquid self-circulation system is in key connection with the speed reducer output shaft, and the hydraulic gear pump drives cooling liquid of the annular water channels to self-circulate. The gear pump type self-cooled speed reduction brake device has the beneficial effects that speed reduction and brake functions are integrated, mechanisms are reduced, and the reliability of a system is improved; and meanwhile cooling devices are arranged for speed reduction and brake, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
