The portable engineering lifting machine comprises a weight box, a winding plant, a transition frame, a lifting box and a guiding system. The winding device comprises an electromotor, a speed reducer, a rope roll, a steel wire rope and a brake. The transition frame comprises a transition box, a pulley yoke, a front pulley and a rear pulley. The lifting box comprises a packing box, guiding wheels, lockers and riding wheels. The lockers comprise guide rails, electromagnets, movable blocks and fixed blocks. The guiding system comprises a guiding cable, a tensioning device and a heavy punch. The tensioning device comprises a tensioning hand wheel, a tensioning screw and a supporting sleeve. The rope roll is installed on an output shaft of the speed reducer. The fixed blocks are arranged on the guide rails. The movable blocks and the electromagnets are arranged in the guide rails. The guiding cable penetrates through the portion between the two guiding wheels and is clamped between the fixed blocks and the movable blocks. The tensioning screw penetrates into the supporting sleeve. The tensioning hand wheel is installed on the tensioning screw through a nut inside. The upper end of the guiding cable is tied at the front end of the tensioning screw. The heavy punch is tied at the lower end of the guiding cable. The heavy punch is arranged below the ground plane.
