The invention relates to a deep well water fetching device. The device is formed by welding reinforcing steel bars in same thickness to a cylindrical windlass main body, using four reinforcing steel bars in the same thickness to respectively weld small rebar rings in diameter of 6 cm on the central positions of the rings of the reinforcing steel bars on two ends of the cylinder, welding a handle on the edge of the relatively large rebar ring, and respectively installing a bearing on positions of an end of a reinforcing steel rod in length of 100 cm and diameter of 4 cm, corresponding to the two small rebar rings of the well windlass main body. The handle is rotated, and a thin steel wire rope stretches to achieve an objective of fetching water. Viewed from a mechanical aspect, the windlass is convenient to operate, and is simple in structure and wide in application.
