The present invention discloses a control device and a determination method applied to plasma suppress flow separation, and the flow control purpose is to prevent flow separation and reduce resistance. The control device applied to plasma suppress flow separation comprises a plasma actuator ( 1 ), pressure sensors, a control system ( 3 ) and a plasma power source ( 4 ), the plasma actuator is mounted on the surface of a wing; the number of the pressure sensors is two, a characteristic monitoring point pressure sensor ( 5 ) is arranged in the wing to measure the characteristic monitoring point velocity pressure, an in-coming flow pressure sensor is arranged on the front of the wing to be used to measure the in-coming flow velocity pressure; the plasma actuator is electrically connected with the plasma power source; wing surface characteristic and in-coming flow total pressure monitoring points are connected with a point pressure monitoring sensor in the wing by a pressure measurement tube, and the pressure sensors and the plasma power source are respectively electrically connected with the control system. The present invention is applied to a plasma suppression control apparatus and method for determining flow separation.
