The invention discloses a high-strength and corrosion-resistant propeller shell. The high-strength and corrosion-resistant propeller shell comprises a corrosion-resistant layer and a high-strength layer, wherein the corrosion-resistant layer is coated on the external surface of the high-strength layer. The corrosion-resistant layer is formed by fusing metal aluminum and metal zinc at a high temperature; and the metal aluminum and the metal zinc are mixed according to a mass ratio, wherein the content of the metal aluminum is 62-78% and the content of the metal zinc is 22-38. The high-strength layer is obtained by mixing ferric oxide and manganese oxide according to a mass ratio, wherein the content of the ferric oxide is 57-64%; and the content of the manganese oxide is 36-43%. Through adoption of the method, the high-strength and corrosion-resistant propeller shell disclosed by the invention is advantaged in that the strength of the propeller shell is high; the corrosion resistance of the propeller shell is perfect; and the service life of the propeller shell is greatly prolonged.
