The invention discloses a circulation vehicle and a circulation method for electromotor stator assemblies for electric vehicles. The circulation vehicle comprises an underpan, a first support, a second support and a plurality of rotating wheels. The top of the first support and the top of the second support are fixedly connected, and the bottom of the first support and the bottom of the second support are arranged on the two sides of the underpan at the angle of 60-80 degrees respectively. The rotating wheels are fixedly arranged on the underpan. The underpan moves on the ground through the rotating wheels. The first support and the second support are each provided with a plurality of circulation shafts used for hanging the stator assemblies. By means of the circulation vehicle and the circulation method for the electromotor stator assemblies for the electric vehicles, the circulation efficiency of the electromotor stator assemblies is effectively improved, the circulation time of the electromotor stator assemblies is greatly shortened, and thus the manufacturing efficiency of the electric vehicles is improved.
