The invention provides a railway network system for monitoring natural disasters and foreign invasion. The network system comprises a data processing center system, a terminal system and a base station, wherein the base station acquires original data of natural disasters and original data of foreign invasion, and uploads the collected data of the acquired data to the data processing center system; the data processing center system collects, processes, judges and stores the data of natural disasters and the data of foreign invasion, and generates corresponding disaster warnings and prewarning information according to a preset operating process; the terminal system is used for displaying and querying the disaster warnings and prewarning information generated by the data processing center system; the base station, the data processing center system and the terminal system respectively establish an independent local area network in dual network redundancy; the terminal system and the data processing center system adopt a point-to-point structure and a dual-network structure; the base station and the data processing center system adopt a dual-network structure and a point-to-multipoint Ethernet converging structure of MSTP.
