The invention discloses a two-step voltage transformation type three-bridge relay valve. The relay valve comprises an upper valve body and a lower valve body, wherein the upper valve body is provided with a primary brake chamber, a secondary brake chamber, a primary air inlet pipe and a secondary air inlet pipe, and both the primary air inlet pipe and the secondary air inlet pipe are communicated with the primary brake chamber; both ends of the primary brake chamber are communicated with the secondary brake chamber, primary transformation pistons are arranged at the two ends of the primary brake chamber respectively, and the primary transformation piston at one end is located below the position where the secondary air inlet pipe is communicated with the primary brake chamber; a secondary transformation piston is arranged at one end of the secondary brake chamber and located on the side where the secondary air inlet pipe is located; transformation adjusting bolts are arranged at the two ends of the primary brake chamber and abut against the primary transformation pistons. According to the relay valve, the compression amount of a return spring can be adjusted by rotating the transformation adjusting bolts, so that the pressure required by controlling air to open the primary transformation pistons is changed, the braking effects of vehicles with different tonnages are guaranteed, and the occurrence of accidents is reduced.
