The invention provides a rear-view mirror control method, a rear-view mirror control system and an automobile. The method comprises the following steps of detecting an initial angle between a rear-view mirror and an automobile body according to a steering instruction sent by a user; controlling the rear-view mirror to rotate until the rear-view mirror has a first angle with the automobile body, wherein the first angle is larger than the initial angle so that a target lane falls within a view range of the rear-view mirror; and controlling the rear-view mirror to rotate with the changing an angle between the automobile body and the target lane in the steering process, and exerting the angle between the rear-view mirror and the automobile body to rotate back to the initial angle when the automobile body completely enters the target lane. The rear-view mirror control method, the rear-view mirror control system and the automobile, provided by the invention, are advantaged in that a driver can found a running automobile in the target lane in time so that the driving safety is improved.
