A roll control device for a vehicle curtain has a damper, a speed-reduction device, and a unidirectional transmission device. The damper cooperates with the speed-reduction device so as to connect a curtain shaft tube of a vehicle roller device, and provide a buffer speed-reduction effect for the curtain shaft tube when the curtain shaft tube rolls back. The unidirectional transmission device is connected to the speed-reduction device and a seat tube of the vehicle roller device. The curtain rollback speed can be buffered through the combination of the damper, the speed-reduction device and the unidirectional transmission device of the roll control device for the vehicle curtain. The buffer frequency of rollback operation of the curtain can be increased through the combination of the speed-reduction device and the damper. Furthermore, the combination of the damper, the speed-reduction device and the unidirectional transmission device of the roll control device for the vehicle curtain has a built-in structure inside the curtain shaft tube and the shaft seat, so that the restriction of the car body space of the vehicle can be reduced.
