The invention provides a crossing traffic signal control optimization method in complex weather conditions. The method includes following steps: traffic flow detectors are arranged at a road crossing so that the traffic flow data of various lanes of the road crossing is detected in a dynamic manner and obtained; a weather state detector is arranged at the road crossing so that the weather condition of the road crossing is detected in a dynamic manner and obtained; dynamic optimization of traffic signals is realized via a traffic signal controller according to the detected weather state and the traffic flow data, and when the optimal signal timing aiming to the on-site complex weather condition and the traffic flow is obtained, signal lamps at each entrance of the road crossing are turned on in an alternate manner, and the optimal distribution control of time of the crossing traffic flow is realized. According to the method, based on the comprehensive detection and measurement of different weather conditions such as snow, rain, and fog etc. of the crossing and the traffic flow, dynamic optimal control of the traffic signals of the crossing are realized, traffic jam is reduced, and the traffic safety is guaranteed.
