The invention discloses a dynamic vehicle detection method based on a weak magnetic sensor. A self-adaptive floating baseline is obtained according to weak magnetic disturbance data of an environment where a weak magnetic sensor is located, during the detection process, if the weak magnetic disturbance data exceeds a threshold continuously both in timing statistics for two only times, environment abnormal disturbance is determined, a baseline is updated, self-calibration is completed, and thus the sensor goes to a normal vehicle detection process. For a sensor which has gone to a normal operation process, statistics of normal passing vehicle flow on lanes can be carried out. The sensor can go to a normal working state without outside intervention, can carry out self recovery when environmental weak magnetic data abnormity happens, and meets a long-term road usage demand. The detection method has high accuracy and a reliable anti-interference capability.
