The spline hub is provided with hollow spline petal segments. The spline petal segment is provided with peripheral clamping grooves. The spline shaft is provided with outer spline segments. One end of the axle sleeve is a clamping end, and the other end is a locking end. The spline hub and the first cardan joint are fixedly connected. The spline shaft and the second cardan joint are fixedly connected. The spline hub and the clamping end are cooperated by threads. The spline petal segment and the outer spline segments are cooperated. The adjustable hoop is clamped in the clamping groove, and the spline petal segments and the outer spline segments are permitted to slide relatively in an axial direction. The locking sleeve and the locking end are cooperated by threads, so that the spline petal segments and the outer spline segments are limited in the axle sleeve.
