The invention relates to the field of construction of trestles for bridge projects and discloses a floating terminal adapting to oceanic tides. The floating terminal adapting to the oceanic tides comprises a first floating body (1) and a second floating body (2) hinged to the first floating body (1). The first floating body (1) comprises a fixed pile (11) and a first floating tank (12). The lower end of the fixed pile (11) is arranged in a seabed (3) in a striking mode, and the upper end of the fixed pile (11) is provided with a fixing piece for hanging of the first floating body (12). The first floating body is in limited connection with the fixed pile through four tension wheels. The first floating tank floats up and down along the fixed pile according to the oceanic tides, and keeps in contact with an oblique stairway, so people can get on or off a ship normally to a trestle regardless of the heights of the tides. The second floating body and the first floating body are hinged and ascend or descend jointly along with the oceanic tides; during a typhoon, the second floating body is detached and put to a safe place, the first floating tank is hung to the fixing piece at the upper end of the fixed pile and is higher than the historical highest tide level, so damage from typhoon surges can be effectively prevented during a typhoon.
