Disclosed is an intelligent electric hoist. The intelligent electric hoist comprises a motor, a rack, a winding drum and a speed reduction device. An end cover is arranged at the end, away from the motor, of the winding drum. The end cover is connected with a bearing of the rack. The input end of the speed reduction device is connected with a rotating shaft of the motor through a coupler. The speed reduction device comprises a shell, an internal gear ring, at least three planet gears, sun gears and planet carriers, wherein the shell is arranged inside the winding drum in a sleeved manner, the internal gear ring is fixedly connected to the end, close to the motor, of the shell, the planet gears are meshed with the internal gear ring, each sun gear is meshed with one planet gear, and each planet carrier is connected with one planet gear. The sun gears are connected with the rotating shaft of the motor through couplers. The planet carriers are arranged inside the shell in a sleeved manner and connected with the shell through bearings. The end, away from the motor, of each planet carrier extends out to form a connecting shaft. The connecting shafts are in key connection with the end cover. The electric hoist becomes intelligent by using the servo motor; meanwhile, torque output by the motor is transmitted inside the winding drum in a planet manner, and the size of the electric hoist can be effectively decreased and vibration noise of the electric hoist can be effectively lowered while the radial size of the electric hoist is decreased.
