The invention discloses an electric power steering controller for preventing a PCB from being overheated. The electric power steering controller comprises the PCB, a base and a cover plate. Conical supporting columns and a heat conduction seat are integrally formed above the base. The PCB is arranged on the conical supporting columns and located through two locating columns penetrating the PCB, and the PCB is fixed to the heat conduction seat by being combined with screws. Mounting notches are arranged in the left side of the base, and mounting protrusions with the number equal to that of the mounting notches, positions corresponding to those of the mounting notches and the size matching that of the mounting notches are arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the cover plate. The base and the cover plate are arranged together in a pressed manner. The mounting protrusions are inserted in the corresponding mounting notches, and the conical supporting columns are located in the cover plate, so that the cover plate and the base are buckled more and more tightly. According to the structure, the problems that the base and the cover plate slightly shake after being mounted, the PCB and the base slightly shake after being mounted, and the local temperature of the PCB is too high are effectively solved.
