The invention relates to a real-time detection protection system for preventing anoxia and heatstroke inside an automobile. The real-time detection protection system comprises a temperature, an oxygen sensor and a carbon dioxide sensor which are installed inside the automobile and used for detecting the temperature, the oxygen content and the carbon dioxide content inside the automobile respectively. Signals of the three sensors are connected with a signal conversion circuit. The signal conversion circuit is connected with a single chip microcomputer control circuit. The single chip microcomputer control circuit is connected with a relay driving circuit. The signals of the three sensors pass the signal conversion circuit and then enter the single chip microcomputer control circuit. The single chip microcomputer control circuit drives the relay driving circuit according to the set logic, and controls an automobile air-conditioner circuit to be closed and opened. A power circuit supplies power to circuits of the system. The real-time detection protection system can be used for preventing anoxia and heatstroke and provide real-time detection and safety protection of each automobile for preventing anoxia and heatstroke.
