The present invention discloses a pre-twisted type grounding jumper connecting clamp. The pre-twisted type grounding jumper connecting clamp is manufactured by a spiral pre-twisted yarn sheet, a middle part of the pre-twisted yarn sheet is twisted together to form a cylinder, and two ends of the pre-twisted yarn sheet is wound on wires for connection and are manufactured to be of different parameters according to different installation wires. With adoption of the pre-twisted type grounding jumper connecting clamp, concentrated pressure which should be carried by the position of a conventional wire connecting clamp is uniformly dispersed to spiral contact parts of the overall pre-twisted yarn sheet, thereby causing no stress concentration, stress and strain of the wire at the position is reduced, the anti-fatigue performance of the wire is enhanced, fatigue damages to a main wire are effectively avoided, and the pre-twisted type grounding jumper connecting clamp has the advantages of being capable of installation by hand and simple and rapid to operate.
