The invention relates to a multi-mode radio frequency identification integration access method. The method is characterized by collecting license plate identification information; determining an identification type according to the collected license plate identification information; and according to the identification type and extracted vehicle characteristic information, generating an integrated vehicle data frame. By using the access method of the invention, different types of vehicle identifications can be identified simultaneously at a same place and storage can be performed according to an integrated vehicle data frame format; identification efficiency of the identification is increased; and normalization processing is performed on the information so that correlation information management and further utilization efficiency are increased.
