The invention relates to a shipbuilding crane online monitoring system. The shipbuilding crane online monitoring system comprises a wireless transmitting system. The wireless transmitting system is connected with a data storage system. The data storage system is connected with an automatic warning system, a vibration speed monitoring system and a stress monitoring system. A main body of the vibration speed monitoring system and the stress monitoring system is composed of a local PC, a remote PC, a vibration speed sensor, a collection box, a power supply box, a strain sensor and a strain adapter. A main body of the data storage system is composed of a data acquisition terminal, a data caching terminal, a display terminal, a monitoring terminal and a data storage terminal. The input end of the data acquisition terminal is connected with the stress monitoring system and the vibration speed monitoring system. The output end of the data acquisition terminal is connected with the data caching terminal. The data caching terminal is connected with the display terminal, the monitoring terminal and the data storage terminal. The shipbuilding crane online monitoring system has the advantages of being reliable in performance, safe, resistant to interference, convenient to operate and high in precision.
