The invention discloses a fastener for seat cushions of kids' bikes. The fastener comprises s fixing tube, a tension ring, a fastening bolt, a rotary pad, a stay tube and a seat cushion. One side of the upper end of the fixing tube is provided with an axial V-shaped guide sliding platform, and the other side is provided with a U-shaped clamping groove. An opening of the fixing tube is provided with the tension ring. The stay tube is disposed in the fixing tube, the stay tube is provided with an axial V-shaped chute which matches the guide sliding platform through sliding, an opening of the stay tube is shrank, and the upper end is provided with the seat cushion. The fastener for seat cushions of kids' bikes is simple in structure and convenient to operate, heights of the seat cushions of the present kids' bikes can be fixed using the fastener, so the seat cushions will not swing to the left and right.
