The invention discloses a mounting structure of an ABS front-wheel speed sensor of a ridden type motorcycle. A first bolt (4) penetrates through a first mounting hole (1d) in a first positioning block (1a) and a via hole in a front right shock absorber (2), and stretches into an assembling hole in a front-rear brake cylinder bracket (3); a second bolt (5) penetrates through a second mounting hole (1e) in a second positioning block (1b) and stretches into a spare hole in the front-rear brake cylinder bracket (3); a front-wheel speed sensor bracket (1) is connected with the front right shock absorber (2) and the front-rear brake cylinder bracket (3); a front-wheel speed sensor (6) is inserted in a positioning hole (1f) in the front-wheel speed sensor bracket (1). According to the mounting structure disclosed by the invention, the front-wheel speed sensor can be mounted via the hole in the front right shock absorber and the holes in the front-rear brake cylinder bracket, so that the mounting structure of the front-wheel speed sensor is simple, and reliable in precision.
