The invention relates to an effortless push-pull type trailing stem mechanism for a dual-rotation platform trailer. The effortless push-pull type trailing stem mechanism comprises a rotation bridge arm and an A-shaped trailing stem, wherein a traction bar is arranged on the top side of the trailing stem; guiding grooves are symmetrically formed in both sides of the rotation bridge arm in the length direction, the opening sides of the guiding grooves in both sides mutually correspond, and the guiding grooves in the two sides respectively correspond to both ends of the opening side of the trailing stem; sliding connecting mechanism are respectively arranged at both ends of the opening side of the trailing stem, and the sliding connecting mechanisms at both ends are respectively positioned in the guiding grooves in the two sides of the rotation bridge arm in a matching manner, so that the trailing stem realizes movement and positioning in a flexible manner in the rotation bridge arm. Through the adoption of the dual-rotation platform trailer, when the effortless push-pull type trailing stem mechanism is used for trailing from one end, the other end non-tractive trailing stem can be pushed into the guiding groove of the rotation bridge arm lightly and conveniently, so that the turning radius is further reduced, and the potential safety hazard existing when the non-tractive trailing stem extends out is reduced.
