The invention provides a tire pressure monitoring system with a master relay host and a slave relay host. The tire pressure monitoring system is characterized in that the tire pressure monitoring system comprises a display or controller, the master relay host, the driven relay host and a plurality of tire pressure sensors connected with the master relay host and the slave relay host in a matched mode; the master relay host and the slave relay host are connected with RF modules, MCU modules, LIN modules and power supply modules of the tire pressure sensors; the LIN modules of the master relay host and the slave relay host are connected through an LIN; and the master relay host comprises a UART module connected to the display or controller. The tire pressure monitoring system has the beneficial effects that timeliness and accuracy of sensing signal acquisition are ensured through the position arrangement of the master relay host and the slave relay host; and by means of the LIN communication technology, the cascading support of the master relay host and the salve relay host is achieved, the low-cost and anti-interference effect is achieved, and the problem that accurate feedback can hardly be achieved in a traditional scheme is well solved.
