The invention discloses a distance measuring device for a coal mine inclined roadway winch. The distance measuring device comprises a flatly-arranged winch barrel provided with baffles on the two sides, a driving mechanism which is connected with the winch barrel and used for driving the winch barrel to rotate, a bearing seat used for bearing the winch barrel, annular protruding rings which are fixed to the outer walls of the baffles of the winch barrel respectively and are coaxial with the winch barrel, driving teeth evenly distributed on the inner circumferential walls of the protruding rings, two transmission mechanisms driven by the driving teeth, and two coders which correspond to the transmission mechanisms one to one and are driven by the corresponding transmission mechanisms respectively. According to the distance measuring device, the two transmission mechanisms are adopted for driving the two coders respectively, and thus accurate distance measurement is ensured.
