The invention discloses a lift shaft wiring structure. A converter plate is fixedly installed on each flat layer of a shaft. A control cabinet communication point of the top of the shaft is connected with the converter plate on the uppermost layer through a communication cable. The converter plates of every two adjacent flat layers are connected through a communication cable. The converter plate and an outer call device of each flat layer are connected through a communication cable. In this way, the trouble that different shaft communication cables need to be customized for different buildings can be removed, and the cables can be produced according to standardized lengths. Besides, when a certain section goes wrong, there is no need to replace all the cables, and only the certain section needs to be replaced. Economic benefits and the degree of installation standardization are increased.
