The invention discloses a sealing device and sealing method for a cabin bottom water pipe opening. The sealing device for the cabin bottom water pipe opening comprises a movable device and a sealing piece. The movable device comprises a support and a movable body. The movable body can move relative to the support. The sealing piece is arranged on the side face, opposite to the cabin bottom water pipe opening, in the movable body. The sealing device for the cabin bottom water pipe opening is adopted in the sealing method. The sealing method comprises the steps that firstly, a filtering net is dismounted; secondly, the sealing device is arranged on a cabin bottom plate; thirdly, the sealing piece abuts against the end face of the cabin bottom water pipe opening, and the cabin bottom water pipe opening is sealed. The cabin bottom water pipe opening is rapidly sealed, dismounting is rapid, the sealing technology is simple, the sealing device can be repeatedly utilized, and the sealing device is simple in structure and low in production cost.
