The invention provides an installation method of laminated wood in a liquid tank vertical support of a liquefied gas carrier. Firstly, the laminated wood to be installed is placed at the top end of a movable lifting device, and the lifting device with the laminated wood is conveyed to the place under a support frame to be installed; secondly, a plurality of positioning bolts penetrate through a baffle on the vertical support to be used in cooperation with installation holes in the laminated wood so that the laminated wood can be installed in the frame in advance; lastly, the flatness and levelness of the lower surface of the laminated wood are measured and adjusted. According to the installation method, the laminated wood is installed on the vertical support in the liquid tank in the limited space, the process is safe and reliable, the operation difficulty is low, and the working intensity of workers is greatly reduced.
