The invention discloses a power input method of an inner transmission hub supporting structure and a drive device of a bicycle. An inner transmission assembled on a fixing shaft is hidden in a hub. The hub is positioned and assembled on the fixing shaft in an overhead mode and can freely rotate through a first side cover and a second side cover, and the first side cover and the second side cover are arranged on the two sides of the hub. The first side cover located at the external power input end is directly or indirectly fixed to the fixing shaft and can not rotate. The first side cover is provided with at least one penetrating hole so that the drive device can penetrate through the penetrating hole, and external power penetrates through the at least one penetrating hole of the fixed and non-rotary first side cover by means of the drive device and enters an inner transmission arrangement space of the inner side of the first side cover to drive the inner transmission to operate. Thus, integrity of an inner transmission hub simple supporting structure and an inner transmission external power guide-in structure of the bicycle is achieved, and precision and simplicity of assembly arrangement are achieved.
