The invention relates to a buffer driving wheel for a crawler unit. The buffer driving wheel for the crawler unit comprises a driving wheel body, an inner spline shaft sleeve and polyurethane rubber. The buffer driving wheel is characterized in that the driving wheel body and the inner spline shaft sleeve are concentrically positioned and combined; the polyurethane rubber is poured to the portion between the driving wheel body and the inner spline shaft sleeve for bonding the driving wheel body and the inner spline shaft sleeve. The polyurethane rubber has the characteristics of being high in bonding force with metal materials, high in tear strength and bearing capacity, resistant to oil, elastic and the like. A machine is buffered instantly when the machine is started to walk and advances and retreats in the gear shifting process, impact abrasion of parts at meshing portions is effectively reduced, and the work reliability and durability of the machine are improved.
