The invention belongs to the field of coal mine underground transportation equipment, and provides a windproof aerial passenger device which aims to overcome the defect that an existing aerial passenger device is not windproof. The windproof aerial passenger device comprises a rope clip and a suspender arranged on the lower portion of the rope clip. An upper rotating joint, a seat and a lower rotating joint are arranged on the top, the lower portion and the bottom of the suspender respectively. The upper rotating joint comprises a joint body and a cap, wherein a protruding column is arranged on the top of the upper rotating joint, and a cylindrical cavity matched with the protruding column is formed in the center of the cap; an elastic clamping strip is arranged in the cavity, and fixing clamping grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the protruding column; the cap is driven by external force to rotate around the protruding column so that the elastic clamping strip and the fixing clamping grooves can be clamped together. The lower rotating joint comprises screws, a hollow connecting pipe and a bearing shaft. Screw holes are formed in the side wall of the lower portion of the connecting pipe, and an annular groove is formed in the middle of the bearing shaft. The screws are clamped in the annular groove through the screw holes, and the bearing shaft is movably fixed in the connecting pipe and is driven by external force to rotate in the connecting pipe. Pedals are connected to the bottom of the bearing shaft, and a wind baffle connected with the upper rotating joint and the front end of one pedalis further included. The windproof aerial passenger device is suitable for mines.
