The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted telescopic liquid-solid coupling four-stage collision energy absorption device. The energy absorption device comprises a front bumper and two shells fixedly connected to two longitudinal beams of a vehicle. The two shells are each internally provided with a stepped cylinder. The front end of each cylinder is fixedly connected with a rear spring base. The rear end of each shell is fixedly connected with an outer shell of an oil cylinder. Each cylinder is stuffed with a foamed aluminum energy absorption block. A piston rod of each oil cylinder extends into the corresponding shell and abuts against the corresponding foamed aluminum energy absorption block. The rear side face of the front bumper is fixedly provided with two front spring bases. Each front spring base is connected with the corresponding rear spring base through an energy absorption spring. A range sensor is mounted at the front portion of the vehicle. The range sensor acquires a range signal of the front portion of the vehicle and a barrier in front of the vehicle and transmits the signal to a controller. When the range signal is smaller than a set value, the controller controls a hydraulic station to drive the piston rods of the two oil cylinders to move forwards, and the piston rods of the two oil cylinders drive the front bumper to move forwards. The energy absorption device has the advantages of being capable of actively preventing damage caused by vehicle collision and good in energy absorption effect.
